With 2 decades of experience in mental health care, I bring a deep commitment in supporting individuals through life's challenges. I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of clinical settings including outpatient, virtual platforms, school-based programs, inpatient and emergency rooms. I primarily draw from Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes.
