A superbill is a statement you can submit to your insurance company if you would like to seek reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.

Because insurance plans and out-of-network benefits vary, clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to determine whether their plan provides reimbursement for out-of-network therapy services. Providing a superbill does not guarantee insurance reimbursement.
